"Worse Ledi pizza ever at this Ashburn location. Crust was leathery and uncooked. Mottled on top. Called manager Byron and he didn't seem to care much. I had to prod for a new pizza which I won't end up getting. Seriously save $22 and go elsewhere"
"Got home and realized the pizza was undercooked. I called them back. They want me to drive 15 minutes back to recook pizza being funny! I have been eating ledos since a kid and have never had such horrible pizza and customer service. The kids won’t even eat the pizza. I use to eat here a few times a week. Never again! Now you lost one of your best customers at this location! I will still eat ledos just not your store!"
