I called to express exactly what was wrong and when I showed up in person they told me I hadn't told them the issue. They proceeded to talk down to me throughout the consultation. Perhaps it was because as a woman I must be too stupid to understand cars? The only upside here is that they did not charge me to look at my car so that one star was fairly earned. Lacking greatly in overall customer service etiquette."
