"Friendly people. Referred me to a place I was able to park my Jeep overnight after breaking down on our way home for Christmas. The place we brought it, however, was terrible. They tried to charge me 4k for a transmission. Too bad this place doesn't do transmissions... I'm sure Mr. Houck would do it for free. He does all the work for free then you pay him later on whatever you think is fair."

"I was having overheating issues after just getting my radiator replaced (different mechanic) and took it to them because of all the 5 star reviews. Had to drop it off before they were opened. When they couldn't find any issues, they called me to find out exact details of how the overheating was happening - super patient and helpful while doing so. They ran extra tests for leaks, etc., and couldn't find any issues. I needed it back, and - at this point - I felt pretty confident that I had overreacted due to being paranoid about radiator issues and that it had just been low on antifreeze after I'd bled an airbubble. All that to say, they didn't charge me anything, not even for time or the antifreeze they put in my system! I was completely blown away by their kindness and respect! My only "complaint" is that I don't live in Baltimore to use their services as needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!"

Other mechanics in the area quoted me $500 to $600 and 2 to 3 day turnaround. Mr. Houck, you just earned yourself a customer for life. Honest, down to earth, and fair prices!"

"These people are where it's at. Not only did they give me an excellent price on parts and labor, but one of the mechanics picked me up in my fixed car since it is my only means of transportation. This is also a very cool business practice because it allowed me to see what a drastic change that the repairs made.
