Sure, they’re there to make their money but they always do a good job of telling you their opinion on things and making you aware of what is needed, if it can wait, and what have you. The sitting area is comfortable enough, the service is quick and easy.i got new break pads, rotors, oil change, fluids topped off, a tire plugged, basically the works."

"No one tried to get my info the guy took my key and left without saying a word. I had to then tell them I wanted to leave and pick my car back up. When I returned I asked the guy if there were any coupons and he rudely said “yeah. Online.” As an employee, shouldn’t you offer the coupons to your customers ESPECIALLY if you are asked? Instead of trying to help me out by saving some money and using a coupon your company offers he dismissed me to move on as quick as he can. Don’t know if I’ll be using jiffy again for oil changes."

"Well, let me tell ya something, DeSean asked me if I needed my cane as I was exiting my vehicle. What a guy, right? Attention to detail. Daniel pored over any discount I was eligible for, after up selling other services, of course. The rest rooms are presentable. The waiting room is comfy. The whole team is pleasant and professional af! I love visiting a place where the employees seem to really enjoy what they do. I really don't anticipate having to deduct any stars over the next week. Hopefully the performance with this maintenance on my Subie will match the treatment and vibe I've experienced today."

"My boyfriend and I went in yesterday for an oil change and decided to add a tire rotation, as we were preparing for a long road trip. We were informed by the service team that they could not do the tire rotation because of the wear caused by my worn shocks. They showed us the wear on the tires and thoroughly explained issue with the shocks. I left grateful that they were so diligent, because there was significant damage to my tires that would have been a real issue with as many miles as I was going to be putting on them. Would definitely recommend!"
