"Shady! Shady! Shady! Shady! Please don't go to Mr. Tire. I paid $7,168 to replace my Catalytic Converter on a 2016 Dodge Charger and they replaced it using the wrong parts. As a result it caused my car to sound like a small plane taking off all the time. When I complained to the store manager Dwight Lee and the mechanic Tom they said it was normal. NORMAL for my car to make a small jet taking off all the time. this went on for 4 months. Finally I took my car to the dealer for a second opinion and they pretty much told me I should sue and I could've done a better job myself. I've been a long time returning customer for over 10yrs but I will never go back to Mr. Tire or any other Mr. Tire affiliate stores. Not to mention they replace your car parts with much cheaper materials. The nicest crooks you will ever meet. Please close this place down immediately!!! Due to customer complaints they lost their Better Business Bureau (BBB) Rating!!!!"

"Needed an emergency patch for a bolt stuck in my tire on a late Saturday afternoon. Chris Wrenne at the front desk and the entire crew got me in and out with a fixed tire in about 25 mins. Unbelievably good and quick service. I would recommend this Mr. Tire for any services they provide."
"I purchased tires from another vendor and had Mr Tire install them. Chris the manager or assistant manager was very pleasant to deal with. Just wanted to thank him because his demeanor needs to be recognized in an industry that normally is not known for outstanding customer service. They installed my tires as requested and did not try and upsell me which I appreciated."
