"I had ran over a nail and needed a plug. Well before Louie came along, I had gotten it fixed somewhere else. After about a month, I had a slow leak. Louie told me that he would make sure the tire was fixed properly. He even showed me where the leak was, then showed me the repair after. Wish he had been here when it first happened. I'll go to him for all my tire needs from now on."
