"Rude as can be. I got into an accident 6 minutes away from the garage my first accident. I went by the garage yesterday night to start getting some things out of my vehicle considering I had just found out that same day they were charging $50 a day to keep the vehicle there. And the old man got up in my face telling me to leave telling me I couldn’t get anything out. Told me and I QUOTE “ well I’m not the one that wrecked the car” okay like I meant to just wreck it? Absolutely DISRESPECTFUL. Went back today with my mom the other man tried telling my mom we could only get $100 for the parts but then when my mom told him a salvage yard would give us around $200 he said he’d give us $150. We stuck with the salvage yard considering EVERYBODY knew he was just trying to rip us off knowing he could sell most of the parts for more than what he was offering us since the vehicle did STILL run. So overall terrible experience. Will never call them to come get my vehicle if I’m ever in an accident again. Idk how y’all have 4.5 stars."
