"Made appointment over phone 2 days in advance at their suggested time for tire rotation. Arrived 15 minutes early. Manager stated "you're early". After 1 hour (45 minutes past appointment time), car was still in front of store. Only 1 other car was in lot. Asked for keys back and left. Manager stated "I'm new to this store" and "they're really slow today". I had been customer for more than 10 years and today will be my last visit there."

"NEVER AGAIN! The service was terrible. The young unfriendly girl who says “I just work at the front” should find a new job. I asked for her to go over the services performed so I’d know what I paid for, she did not. Said it would be on my invoice, she “just works at the front”. This was my first time at this place. I don’t recall ever a time going to a vehicle service place and they didn’t go over everything. There was no courtesy inspection performed, or a “courtesy” tire rotation from what I can tell. Both which are selling points to draw you in. I’ll never again patronize a Mr. Tire."

"Would give 0 stars if I could! Unprofessional manager at the desk, if he is actually a manager? He wouldn't speak, just ate chips and licked his fingers. I walked in and said hello to him, he ignored me and kept eating chips and licking fingers and stared at me. I said hello again, he never said a word. Told him unprofessional, disgusted and I left. Took my business to a professional tire place. I have given this place a try in the past and always get bad service."
