"TL;DR: It won't come back fixed and communication is lacking. MD Collision Center was a preferred service location per my insurance, so I went with them because their location is convenient and they seemed to have good reviews. However, my experience has been lackluster. The original repairs to the driver-side front end took about a month (to be expected), but I had to take it back to be assessed as it was making an awful noise. Since the original repair it was taken back 3 times, once I was told it was safe to drive until the parts came in (it was, in fact, not safe to drive). I am still wondering how a messed up wheel bearing, axel, and shifted subframe were missed as part of the original repairs. After getting it back the third time and being told "it's good as new, it's not vibrating any more, it's not making any more noises that it shouldn't be", I was unpleasantly surprised to find that it was still vibrating through the entire front end of the car and making a noise that sounds like when a rim is out of round. Through the supplemental work, I had to badger them for updates to even get them to tell me what was wrong or what was going on. They were not forthcoming with information - particularly about the fact that a sub-shop does all/most of their mechanical work (which is not surprising overall, but is jarring when it's uncovered after being allowed to leave with a vehicle that is unsafe due to mechanical issues). After taking it back 3 times, my insurance company is having me take it to another shop to have it looked at. Edit: Upon getting my car back from the new service shop, it was found that non-Ford/aftermarket parts were used as part of the repair and passed off on the paperwork as Ford parts. Not even decent aftermarket parts either, extremely shoddy ones."

"Eric and the crew help us tremendously. My wife, Marilyn hit a deer,(She says the deer hit her. Lol.). There wasn’t a lot of damage to the car however, we did take it in for them to give us an estimate. When Eric came out to take a look at it, he found that he was able to repair the damaged grill by hand that saved us from having to file a claim.
