"My low rating is simply about the 3% fee they charge you to pay your deductible via credit card. They also don’t take checks so unless you bring cash you have no choice but to pay the fee. Even though it took a full 30 days I had good service from appraiser Kirt who works here."

"When it comes to insurance claims this place will not do a good job, my car was at their location and they put a cracked headlight on the driver's side I talked to them and they were acting very rude and saying that's all the insurance is paying. It is understandable when you put a used item in good condition but do not deliver a repair with bad cracked parts that you don't care about your customers. I will never recommend this place for any repairs."
