"Very fast response to my car that turned itself off at a light on a busy road. I was dropped off at my daughter's house, which was on the route to the garage. The driver, who's name I missed in my flustered state, was a gentleman when I entered and exited the truck, making sure I safely made it in and out of the big rig. The service garage was great at communicating what they diagnosed. I will definitely call 40 West Towing if I need their service again. Highly recommend!"

"Butch, Tow Truck Driver, was very friendly and professional. The lady who took the call was professional and understanding of the situation. Response time was fast. My only criticism is not sending a rollback truck to tow an AWD vehicle. The driver had to dolly the rear wheels; not only did it add time to remove the vehicle from the accident scene it added more money to the bill. I understand you have to send what you have available; at least give the customer a heads up. I will call again if I'm in need of a tow."
