"This is the worst body shop I ever been to I had a problem in the past but today around 11:00:50 I run in there to get an estimate they didn't want to help me they wanted me to tell the insurance to write an estimate how is the insurance company going to write an estimate if that's what the body shop is for my situation is totally different cuz I got hit in a parking lot the lady/man cuz I'm not sure whether it was a lady or man refuse to help me I gave her one star cuz I had no choice cuz they'll get a negative five stars she's I said okay I'll just go someplace else if you can't help me she said see you bye very rude unprofessional whoever hired her needs to re look her employment I will never go there again or recommend them"

"Took my vehicle to Coty’s for body work due to a collision. Retrieved my vehicle and it appears that the new parts were damaged during installation and a color match was not performed so the new bumper does not match the rest of the car. I have left a voicemail and sent an email to Coty’s. I am hopeful they will return my contact upon reopening. I will update my review if and when the problems are corrected appropriately."
