The dude who towed my car was very inconsiderate and not careful to not do more damage to my car when he was loading it he ruined my exhaust tips by dragging them on the payment when loading the car onto the flat bed. Now for the secretary she made mistakes on her part and when I called to have her fix them so that I could turn the towing bill into AAA for reimbursment she was rude and not willing to help me . To buyer beware hopefully you have a better experience than I did."

Then when they have the person/boss return your call, he was also rude. Do not recommend taking your vehicle here by choice."

I took a car to Snyder's for a pre-purchase inspection last week, and they could not have been more helpful. I don't think they normally do PPI work, but they still made time for me. I was blown away by their honesty and integrity. At one point, unprompted, Spanky went off about how much it bothers him when used car salesmen take advantage of people. This is a great shop run by good people, and I wouldn't hesitate to go there for any of your mechanical needs."
