"Money hungry My husband took his truck there Monday for an inspection, they refused to pass him and told him they needed $1,700 to fix his struts and ball joints and that it was leaking oil. We just had it in the shop a couple weeks ago to have the brakes and rotors done so they would’ve mentioned that his truck was falling apart then. My husband took his truck to a shop in NY to have them give him a quote on all the work that needed to be done-quoted him as not needing any work at all because his ball joints and struts are in next to perfect condition. The “oil leak” was dirt dripping. Some of my husband’s coworkers mentioned after this experience that chase is by far the most money hungry of all shops."
