"Well, I have ordered from express for over 20 yrs. Always, perfect until yesterday. This time took over 1 hour to get delivered. I was very busy, didn't have opportunity to get to pizza for many hours. YUCK, was drowning in sauce, I tried scraping it off to no avail. Plus dough under sauce was not cooked, yuck. I thru the whole thing. There went $20+ in trash. Spoke to Carrie following day and she stated they must have 'garbage" returned in order to make it right. I understand but how can they allow subpar product out the door in the 1st place???"

"I gave the other pizza express on Washington another try after years of avoiding them, and they did great! For my poker party, I decided to give these guys a try, but I requested thinner crust. They absolutely nailed it! The pizza and wings were great, and I'll be ordering thin crust from them from now on. My only complaint is I love cheese and it wasn't enough for me so next time I'll order extra. Other than the cheese, everything else was perfect! I love that they actually spice it and have cup n char pepperoni, mmmm! They are famous for grandwhiches too which I need to try next order. They are a sandwich on their hand-made super soft rolls. Everyone rants and raves about them. They are right between the golf center and the movie theater on Fairmount Ave. Very friendly guy working there."
