Tim Hortons

"Despite being from Pittsburgh, when we're up at Chautauqua in tacky tourist mode we make this our main Timmies stop! There are a number of Tim Hortons locations in the area, but some are too small or 'fake' locations just inside of a gas station. This location right along the main drag in Lakewood has a full menu, plenty of indoor seating, and a drive through. Lines can get long, especially on summer weekends when they wrap halfway around the building and out into the nearby strip mall lot. However, this is rarely a big problem in my experience thanks to the massive crew of 10-15 working inside. Nearly 2/3 of the seats were occupied when I went in, so it must be a popular place to meet around breakfast. My cousins and I love stopping for a quick bite wether shopping around town or heading out to Panama Rocks. Recently my purchase was for a cafe mocha, timbits, and blueberry muffin. The drinks are always hotter here than Starbucks or anywhere else's I typically go, so I just can't drink it for like the first 15 minutes since I've scalded my tongue before, haha."

"On my Days off I find Tim Hortons in Lakewood to be a calm a sweet place to relax, and just enjoy the atmosphere. Their coffee and food are one of the best in the area."

"Good donuts, not so good customer service. You could tell the employees didn't want to be there, they were unfriendly and looked like they were mad to have to work. Good thing their donuts and coffee are still good!"

"First timer here. Vanilla latte, egg bites and a hash brown - all top notch. Came back later in the day for another coffee and an old fashioned donut! The coffee is smooth, not bitter or burnt. And the food is good! Service is extremely quick and nice."

"I stop here almost every morning for coffee while I'm working and the staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always clean and inviting but... THE PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE!! They seriously need to hire someone to salt every day because it is always, always very icy and very dangerous!!! Come on Tim Hortons, you can afford it!"
