"Great service I was looking for a steering column for my car that wasn't broken.The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and went out of his way to go and check to make sure it was in fact good then they had it out same day it was the entire column ignition wheel with airbag turnsignal switches most yards charge for all that but they didn't he even put the keys in the ignition.Will definitely go back if I need any parts in the future.Also a nice lady helped me at the front desk went and got my part and put it behind my car for me.I enjoy seeing ladies who aren't afraid to do things like that."

"Reached out to Flowers for a top for my Buick Cascada. I had previously purchased parts from them and had them shipped to me with no issues. This was the first time I needed to pick a part up from them in person. Flowers is 2+ hours away from my home. I had great communication over text with Flowers, arranging to pickup the top on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. I drove the 2.5 hours to Flowers only to find out that they had decided to close early for the holiday weekend. Zero communication from them that they would be closed early after they had confirmed a Friday afternoon pickup worked. Wasted a half day of vacation, tolls, and a tank of gas only to turn around after I got there. No response to my text about why they were closed and no answering machine message or anything when I called the main number. Never wasting my time with these guys again."

"We Couldn't find a fuel tank for an Infiniti, built in 1994, in which the manufacturer, Infiniti/Nissan, discontinued making. So about 2 weeks ago I finally used a locator website, in which Flower's was listed as having the part. It's quite a distance away, so I knew it was best to call first. The gentleman who answered the phone was doubtful that they had the tank, but he said he'd look. He talked to me as he searched the inventory on the computer, but unfortunately they did no't have the fuel tank. I'm so used to getting no's, as we've been searching the entire country for way over 6 months. However, his no was different. He actually told me "DON'T give up, it's out there somewhere!" (What! I almost passed out)! Unlike the past no's, in which I ended the calls feeling like an annoyance to someone else's day, I really appreciated this gentleman's kindness. He gave me hope, and such wonderful service. I had a smile on my face and hope in My heart when we hung up. I can't explain, but on my very next phone call, which happened to be the last 'local' number on the list, 1hr 45min away - I received a YES! He left immediately to pick up the gas tank and had it installed on the exact same day we spoke 2 weeks ago.. Funny how the gentleman didn't believe that he had it, but turned around and made me believe someone else would. Sir, I thank you so much for such a great experience. It needed to be told to everyone!"

"They were courteous and quick to respond ... especially when 2 others I called before them didn't seem to give a hoot!! The gentleman I spoke to yesterday also went the distance to help me figure out the exact part I needed. The price for the part I got from them was well within my price range!! Will definitely use again should the need arise!!"
