No patron should be made to feel less than, treated rudely, talked about an a derogatory manner...none of this! I am spending my hard earned money else where. "The older lady with the long brown hair behind the counter is always rude. Hate having to deal with her. She inadvertently helped me. When I said thank you, she didn't say anything and seemed upset. Another time I went in there to return a wrong item I was given, she said, "We have that part, but it's more money", as if she was trying NOT to sell it to me. She has ZERO customer service skills. Customer service is not rocket science. I'll go to McKeesport O'Reilly or maybe Auto Zone from now on."
"The guys have been great! They almost never have the parts I need in stock for some reason. End up having to go elsewhere because I don't have days to wait. Also have had issues with them only stocking one or parts you tend to need in multiples. For example, one break line fittings or bolts but no nuts."
