"My 75 year old mother was charged almost triple what she shouldve been charged. I understand that you can charge whatever rate you choose for labor...... but the parts had an upcharge of over 90%!!!! her car broke down and needed towed, so this piece of dirt decided to take advantage of her. Fyi, this is not only my opinion, we took her car to 2 other mechanics (with the bill from shaners) and both mechanics agreed that the work was done but the charge was outrageous!!!! BEWARE!!!! unless you have money to burn, do not use this garage !!!! If I could've given negative stars, I certainly would've."
