"Took my Jeep there for a Screw in my tire , I just purchased these tires in November 2023. Purchased the road hazard warranty. They told me it could NOT be plugged, that I needed a new tire. They ordered it. Went back today and they were to put new tire on. They charged me for the new road hazard warranty but Josh unethically just plugged it and didn’t tell me. . When I told them that they lied , they tried to back peddle They gave me back my money I have spent over $3000 just this year alone on 3 SUV from Discount Tire. Bought road hazard warranty for 12 tires and Flynn’s Tire on Babcock is so dishonest. Josh needs fired. The trust is gone. He even lied to Bob the guy who rang up my invoice. Makes me wonder how many other people he has done unethical business to . Does this employee keep the tires he says he put on and sell them on the internet ?? Actually plugging a tire is done just to get you to a tire shop, to have the tire removed from car and rim and patched from the inside out , or replaced"
