"I came to get a wheel alignment since I had just had ball joints replaced and purchased new tires. After they worked on my car for nearly 2 hours I was told by the service advisor Cody (who was very nice) that I would have to return the next day because they could only do the driver side. So I was sent out with one wheel correct and the other untouched and told it would be fine to drive. It was not fine to drive especially in the rain. It was a struggle to bring it back the next day because of how much it would hydroplane. So I return the next day and they proceed to finish the alignment. When done I find that the steering wheel is not centered and it still pulls to the right but at least it's much better than it was . The day after Thanksgiving I return and speak to them about it still not driving straight and they offer to just refund my money. I'm informed that they have to mail me a check even though I paid with a debit card and they need my address for the check which I give them. Over 10 days pass and I call because I've not received a check and they inform me that because my address was not the same as my work order that they didn't even issue a check. I only gave an address for the check and never gave an address for my work order. So now it's been well over 3 weeks since I walked in for a simple alignment and not only is the car not aligned and I haven't received a refund but I've wasted 3 trips to the store, gasoline and over 4 hours of my time. For nothing .. very dissatisfied"
