"If you are going to purchase a Canam or a Polaris please be advised to take your machine to have it serviced elsewhere. Ryan Festa, the service manager is totally rude to the customers. She will lie and never calls you back when she says she’s going to. I ordered a magnet for the winch on a 2023 Polaris General and also a riding command needed replaced on my $40,000.00 machine and she said that she ordered the magnet but she didn’t. Lost all of my maps on my flash drive from my 2021 Polaris RZR that I used to have. So please be aware of this service department. Read other reviews. Cole McHenry"
