"My boyfriend and I rented out the Beach House Cottage and it was very spacious and clean. Perfect for just the two of us! We had bonfires every night in the pit next to the cottage & went on morning walks to the Burtchville Park which has a beach - only like 2 minutes walking distance from the cottage! We loved the decorations and how updated it was. We forgot to bring our Roku but luckily the TV in the cottage had a Roku & all we had to do was login to our Netflix account! Super convenient & they had everything we needed. Colleen is super nice & helpful. We will definitely be coming back next year!"

"We had a great time staying at the cabins. Cabins were clean, roomy and had plenty of amenities. Easy access to the lake and everything we needed was nearby or on the property. The biggest cabin was great for dinners together as a large group and it was nice to retreat back to our own space at the end of the night."

"Where to begin? My experience at the Lakeshore Cottages was absolutely phenomenal. I rented the Lakehouse for three days. I found the price to be very fair for the experience. The cottage was very neat, tidy and clean. There was a good stock of all of the essential items that I would have forgotten had they not been there such as laundry detergent, towels etc. The location was perfect. It was nice and quiet away from the bustle of city life, yet still close enough to anything you could need so that it was not inconvenient at all to run into town and pick up supplies and even grab lunch. The cottage was a few doors down from the Tally Ho inn where there was live entertainment. It was an all around good time. The first night I stayed there with my wife and kids. We found it to be a great time with walks down to the beach, board games and movies. The next two nights was more of a guys' night as I had my friend come from out of town to hang out. There was room enough for several people to hang out and have a good time. Colleen Keyworth was very easy to work with and made the whole process of making this experience happen quite enjoyable. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away from the daily chaos of life. I have spoken to my friends and family and we are very interested in making this an annual experience. I'm Dave Webb and I approve this message."

"We just returned from a stay at the lake shore cottages. Me and my family rented a cottage, my brother and his family rented a cottage and my other brother and his family rented a cottage. We had a family reunion and it was wonderful. Each cottage has its own patio & fire pit area and then there’s a beautiful shared lawn space with room to throw a football, etc., and a separate volleyball area. The space is super special for a getaway. My family stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage and it was perfect. I was delighted that everything I could have though I might need was already provided in the cottage from extra bedding to the smallest of details like salt & pepper. I was able to see my brother’s cottages too (they each had one of the 1 bedroom cottages) and they we great too! We have 4 in our family and although we were extremely comfortable in our cottage we could have easily been comfortable in the 1 bedroom cottages as well. Directly across the street is a park for play and a private beach were we spent lots of time swimming. The area has really fun dining options and ice cream places too. The property manager Colleen in simply the nicest person. She got back to all of my bazillion questions pretty much immediately. We will definitely be staying there again!!"
