"Well 1st time was great fixed my car fair price ect ... At 2nd appointment I made for inspection it looked like my registration was expired, turns out it wasn't but they rescheduled me,so a few days before that app I had my furnace go, unfortunately I'm not loaded so I had to cancel that inspection app, so as my luck was having it shortly after that my tyrod came off so I called to get it fixed was gonna tow it there and have them fix it...thought maybe when I called I would hear " wow your really having a hell of a string of bad luck let me get ya in especially given I had explained 1st time I went there I had just lost my mother unexpectedly n am now taking care of my 100 y/old gram, really having a hard time so ya I thought maybe would get a little compassion? Boy was I way off lol .. I was told they give 2 chances if you cancel or don't show twice they don't want your business ..I pointed out I didn't cancel the 1st app they rescheduled me, didn't matter soooo just don't have an emergency/ let life happen, or have a string of bad luck if your scheduled here..it's not tolerated/forgiven."
