"Installed the incorrect part (control arm for an impreza instead of an outback), which resulted in unstable and unsafe driving into discovered by a dealer. I still have the incorrect control arm as a reminder never to go back to this place. Reply to owner: why would I ever go back to a place that made such a serious and inexplicable error? The one you installed left front was not even the same size or shape as the OEM one on right front -- as pointed out to me later by multiple mechanics with extensive Subaru experience. I'm simply alerting others to what I experienced at your shop. Thankfully, I have found much better local alternatives."

"Very good customer service and a great selection of tires. They held my tires for me as I was very busy and couldn't make it. Free rotations free hazard repair. You can order and pay for your tires online and get a coupon for an alignment. My cars alignment was checked for free, no alignment required. They offer other services too. Check them out their prices are very reasonable. The staff is glad you are there."
