"Very dissatisfied. I needed to know everything that my car needed to become legal for inspection. I needed all the right info to make an informed decision. I was clear about these expectations and needs. I was given a "free estimate" on what needed done, body work needed was outsourced to another shop unrelated to this one. After getting the repairs recommended and spending thousands, I was shocked to be told my car still wasn't legal! I'm sure it wasn't done maliciously but I'm also sure it wasted my time and money and my car still isn't legal. Had I been given all the info I asked for to begin with I might not feel so put out. And to not even receive an apology, but a shamey reply of, "we gotta consider safety." I'm not denying that at all, but your "professional advice" was nonetheless wrong and cost me money I couldn't waste. Women beware! It's 2023 and we still can't get our cars serviced honestly. Free estimates are only valuable if the professional takes it seriously and gives accurate information. Despicable and unprofessional. 0 stars."

"No complaints. I dealt with a man named Mark. He was courteous and direct. My engine was overheating and leaking engine coolant. I asked them to check it out. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it without pushing any other services on me. I got a price quote that was lower than what I was expecting for a cracked radiator. He explained how this should subsequently fix my car's air heater too (it had been working off and on for a week because of the gradual loss of coolant) and I'm sure he would have answered any other question I could have had. Will everyone have an easy and smooth experience like me? I don't know, but it was easy to tell Mark and his crew were running an honest operation and when they thanked me for my business I could tell they humbly and genuinely meant it."
