"I've been a customer at this store for many years, always with good results and good treatment. We've been trying to take our vacuum there for service for the last two weeks, though, and although the hours indicate that the store should be open, everything is locked up tight. Is the store going out of business?"

"Do not bring sowing machines here to be repaired. Brought a singer in to be repaired, waited a few weeks and never heard anything back. Called and was told I was unfixable. Very poor customer service and rude. Brought it to another shop and it was fixed within the week. Save time and money take your repairs elsewhere."

"Brought my sewing machine in as it was having an issue when I was making some masks. They fixed it and it runs beautifully. I was just able to make 3 masks in a very short amount of time with no issues. Very affordable and very friendly. Would highly recommend."

"Went in to buy replacement bags for my Miele vacuum. They did not have the U bags I was looking for but sold me KK bags which were not at all what I needed. Either they don't know what they're talking about or just don't care. Worse, very off-putting and unfriendly. Not even a thank you or anything. I could have easily gotten the bags on line but like to support local business. That's why it is always a mystery to me who some local business people can be so incompetent and/or unfriendly and wonder why people would rather order stuff on-line for less money."

"Just bought a vacuum there today - they gave me a great deal with extra attachments, an upgraded power head, and filled out the warranty info for me. Priced the same as the internet, but got a better deal with the extras! Also, happy to know if there are any problems, they are a quick stop in."
