"From the initial conversation with Dawn and Stephanie, to the cleaning of our system 2000 furnace and first finished job of replacing our holding tank, it has been a great experience. Jeremy and his right-hand man came and did a thorough cleaning of our furnace and found many things that needed to be replaced due to wear and tear but extremely important. They explained things in great detail with pictures so that there was no question as to what needed to be done. Zach and his right-hand man came the next day to replace our holding tank, which thanks to Jeremy's observation was over working our well pump. They came and did a great job of removing and replacing the tank and cleaned the space right up to the foot prints on the basement floor. All of these techs have been so informational and pleasant to interact with. We are still waiting to have a few things done to the furnace but have high expectations that they will be met with the same regard as the other things. The ladies in the office are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They take their time to talk to you and answer questions, send out prompt emails with pictures of the techs that are coming so you know who to expect. And they have great senses of humor and personality. I see some of the reviews on here, all are positive but some have issues with the pricing. There are some things that are high, as all things are in this economy but remember that with a degree of experience like this company has comes peace of mind of a job well done. Having had to replace some of these things in past ourselves was stressful and difficult, so to have the expertise of these gentlemen was worth the investment. And that is just what keeping up your plumbing and heating is, an investment."

"My wife and I recently had a Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater installed by Jerm’s. The whole process, from initial consultation to final installation, went smooth, and the cost of the services provided was competitive related to the other proposals we received. Travis and Lucas, the technician’s who did the work, were on time and friendly, and their work was clean and professional. We chatted a bit about other HVAC related projects, and based on our experience, I see no reason to use anyone else. The office staff was friendly on the phone, communicated well, and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Lastly, they left us a small care package with a t-shirt, water bottle, and some snacks on our kitchen table after the installation was complete. While completely unrelated to the services performed, it put a smile on my face as I walked in the door after work, and shows that Jerm’s knows that customer service is a critical to their business."

"Jerm's might be one of the best companies we've ever worked with. We had Tony come do the initial estimates for replacing our boiler, water heater, and well pressure tank and he was thorough, knew his product line, and made terrific recommendations and we had already had a few estimates done. We decided to go with Jerm's and anytime you make a decision involving such an investment in your home you get nervous but we didn't from the beginning with Jerm's. The job itself was 2 days and before each day you get a text with who your team lead is and notifying that they're on their way which I felt was a step beyond what other contractors do to ensure they have good communications with customers. Great start and then our team of Travis, Lucas, and Austin was outstanding from the second they arrived. All materials were on site and ready to go, the team communicated very effectively with us on when water would go off and be back on etc... , and the efficiency and nose to the grindstone effort was obvious when we saw how far they'd gotten the very first day. The end result by Travis and his team was a beautiful install, done with quality in mind, and we are now probably customers for life. There are still A+ contractors out there and they're hard to find but Jerm's did an amazing job and couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone seeking experts to do work on their homes"

"The guys that came came to my home were on top of there game. They explained everything that they were going to do and made sure it was ok. When they were finished they explained everything that was done and showed me how to change out the filter. Thank you for your promptness you guy are great!!!!"

"My first interaction with Jerm's was with Stephine who answered the phone. She was very polite and professional, and helped me schedule a tech to come out and see why my water wasn't running. She was able to get me a tech quickly, and Eric showed up promptly at the time he was slated to arrive. Eric was very polite, and attentive, and was able to troubleshoot my issue confidently. He offered several different choices for repairs, and upgrades, and showed me detailed quotes for each. I chose to replace the water tank and associated hardware, which he did quite expertly. The before and after pictures are night and day. I will definitely look to using Jerm's again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber."
