"The store is very small, it's not attached to any giant mall like most of them that I've been to. I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes to get here because they were the only ones who had PlayStation 5s left after Christmas. My girlfriend had gotten me a Best buy gift card, the app was horrible and they would not let me order delivery on any of the items I wanted for some reason, so I had to find the store that had what I wanted. Once I got there the employees were very friendly, helpful, and overall a thousand times better than the ones I had just spoken to in Nashua New Hampshire. He got me my merchandise quickly, answered some questions I had, and I was on my way. Night and day, if you're in West Leb this is a great little Best buy to go to if you need something. I don't think I'll ever go back to the Nashua store for any reason after going here."
