Dunkin' 388 Miracle Mile, Lebanon, NH 03766

"Went to grab a quick coffee. Was greeted with a snotty "what can I get you" told her my order then proceeded to repeat it 3 times because she couldn't hear me (too busy talking to her coworkers). At this point I wasn't bothered because I get it but when I went to the window to get my order and pay the man just gave me my coffee did not say a word took my credit card for longer than needed did not follow up with an apology or a have a great day he just said nothing and threw my card at me. It wasn't the worst experience in the world but it was embarrassing to say the least. Decent customer service goes a long way and customers deserve to be treated better than this. Will definitely be avoiding this dunkin which is easy with the other two being located within a 10 mile radius. I don't know why we even needed this dunkin it clearly doesn't do anything better than the other two located near by."

"I stop here maybe once or twice a week. The crew is always on the ball, my orders are always accurate and come out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks!"

"Liked their place-your-own-order screen. Got the time to browse through the options and customize my drink. Ended up getting a cold brew with salted caramel foam, and it was so good I still think about it sometimes. But this place doesn't have restrooms, even for patrons."

"Awful service. Ordered coffee and donuts. The coffee came out after almost ten minutes. Had to ask for our donuts five minutes after that. They didn't have part of our order and hadn't bothered telling us till then. Several orders were taken care of in the time we were waiting. Best we can figure is they got to what they were missing in ours and just stopped working on it. We finally demanded a refund and went somewhere else. They tried telling us they were short staffed instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem. Won't be going back."
