"I order her regularly for curbside. We decided that we would go have lunch while we were out Christmas shopping. I was very surprised that we had to wait about 30 minutes and it wasn't busy enough for such a wait. Know the time of year decided to just over look it. When we finally got seated the wait was nice and jumped us immediately for our drink order which took us aback since we hadn't even looked at menu. By the time she came back with drink within a minute of us ording them she asked what we wanted to eat and we informed her we weren't ready. When we were ready we got our order put in. As we sat there I started to notice that there was no logical reason for there to be any kind of wait. I watch 2 people cleaning and clearing tables together. I also watched the front cleaning tables as well. More people were walking around or wiping a table then serving customers. When the waiter did it's was hurried and then she was gone. I have been a waitress and it's not a rush job it takes finesse and being customer oriented. Luckily once our food came out and it was good but the service was unfortunate. I have always like the food and have had great inside service in the past but whoever they have hired just don't seem to care about customers as much as taking care of them quickly to go socialize."

"Came early on a Friday night. Business was steady but not crazy busy as I expected. They need more staff behind the bar, more waitstaff, and more help in the kitchen. My steak was overcooked, potatoes cold after waiting quite a while for our dinners. Good drinks. Waitress gave mediocre service. Host was excellent."

"Went in to this restaurant, no one on staff greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Made eye contact with a staff member, he completely ignored us. We ended up leaving. Other patrons said they had waited a long time to be seated and had yet to have their order taken..... 99 got my money today. 10/14/23. After talking to the manager, gave the restaurant another try. Today we were greeted and seated as we came in the door. The waitress was fast, efficient and very friendly. Today there service was top notch as was the food."

"Dependable good comfort-food chain! Took bowls and bourbon shrimp and steak, but the best part was the pretzels - they were soft and tasted yumm with the honey mustard sauce. Like how they include the calorie count for their meals on their menu. Although we waited a little while to be seated, the service otherwise was great!"
