"I love being a member at RVC. I love the classes and instructors and have improved my flexibility, balance, core strength and overall health since I joined. My favorite classes are Barre, Cardio Dance and Body Balance. The gym is also adding exciting new classes to try every few months, so I am always trying new things. And they have a hot tub!"

"Update: I don't think I could have gotten through the last year without RVC. When I come here, I feel like part of a community. It's one of the main reasons that I love the Upper Valley so much. This is the first time in my life that I've gotten results from exercise, and I've maintained a regular exercise schedule for the first time in ten years. The facilities are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really enjoy the app and the ease of use. I feel like the club really cares about comfort, convenience, and care. I feel like I'm treated like a trusted and cared for member here, unlike other gyms I've gone to where I felt unwelcome and just another number and inconvenience to the employees. I really look forward to the day when I can use the rock climbing wall and try the cafe, which will add even more to the experience for me. "I've been going here for over 10 years. They offer a wide variety of classes, amazing personal trainers, and a great variety of gym equipment. The facilty is clean, spacious, and currently during COVID-19 they made very conscious decisions in keeping the gym clean, sanitized, and proper air exchanges in place. I would definitely recommend using this workout facility."
