"A good location near Jay Peak, very reasonable rates. Comfortable beds. The hot tub under the stars was delightful. Very friendly and responsive host. Tasty and unexpected snacks provided on our arrival."

"Very cozy place with reasonable rates. Less than 10 minutes from Jay peak. Comfortable queen size bed with futon as well so can accommodate 4+ people. There’s a tv and fridge and a private entrance. The hot tub and excellent baked goods from Arlene are a bonus!!"
