"they carry No Insurance, have been checking on this past cpl yr's and plan to Close this on them.. No insurance means. No Occupancy Permit . people are not allowed to stay in a residence of any kind if they have No Occupancy Permit like this place has been getting away with. H.U.D."

"This place has come a long way in the past few months. It has been placed under new management... It's been nice to see all the rooms full and all the RiffRaff pretty much gone..."

"FYI......... THE IRON KETTLE MOTEL IN SHAFTESBURY IS NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY......thare for the managements dogs should not be running around with out leashes and or entering residents rooms which has happened to me on more than one occasion... Not to mention she yells swears and threatens to kick you out all in front of children... Obviously the property manager Pam king, picked by Brian lent and Bob Wilcox.... The children are supposed to play out back compared to a driveway that has 3 parking spaces that are assigned to the children's family.... Mind you access to out back is filled with bad stuff kids can get hurt on below will be pics of the stuff I mentioned above... My advice... Avoid the iron kettle because if you have a problem with Pam, Bob and Brian will ignore you"

"I have been there in 2007 and owner of the motel was very helpfull. There is nothing around but the nature. If you Have a limited money it is good place to stay"
