Derby Four Seasons

"At DERBY FOUR SEANSONS INN AND SUITES NOT A HAPOY CUSTOMER TO SAY THE LESS!!!!! Rent a room with my two half ur old grandson except it to be clean it’s filthy my grandson found this nasty old sandwich that’s on the floor by the bed and night stand date on sandwich was made 10/19/2023 expiration is 10/23/23 it’s now the 10/26/23 so u tell me how well this room was cleaned all I can say is I’ve rent from here many times the last few times I’ve stayed her has been very upsetting NEVER AGING AND DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND RENTING A ROOM HERE!!! The beding is nasty looks like the top bed speared wasn’t washed for a very long time and stinks!!!! Nasty dead bugs around the base of the floor the whole border of the room so I guess the house keeps come in put clean towel out and make the bed then the rent end rents to the next person!! There is dead bed bugs around the perimeter of the floor at the base of the walls so much dirt and dust is disgusting"

"Mostly clean and convient. No breakfast. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Bed quilt had what looked like a blood stain."

"Good thing I booked a double, the first bed I pulled the sheets back on was slept in and the sheets were not changed... I have seen the Owners response to cleanliness is a list of excuses... but it was gross. That is when I noticed the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the desk seat had a washable stain on it. Cheap room, no frills, no problem. Dirty sheets and no vacuuming... unacceptable."
