"We've had a great experience with Next Generation South Burlington over the past 1.5 years. The teachers are wonderful and attentive. Great curriculum each day. I find the things they've been coming up with to keep 2 y/os engaged amazing! A story, paired with a tactile experience, an art project, a nature adventure... the list goes on and on. Special thanks to Kylie, Sophie, Jill, Emily, Mrunal and Taylor (and more) for making our son feel so loved and taken care of each day. We are grateful for their care. Special folks that make this a special place to send your child. Clean, organized, easy drop off and pick up protocols to follow. Sure, there is turnover sometimes, but I wouldn't suggest that it is problematic in this case. Next Gen seems to work hard to find great caretakers in our experience."
"We have had a great experience with the Next Generation : South Burlington campus. Through all the staffing turnover and daily challenges of working with kids there was and is always good communication with the parents. Teachers are dedicated to the kids and if there is any parent concerns it’s addressed immediately. Highly recommended any Next Gen campus for your little one(s)!"
"Posting so other prospective parents have this info, which I think is important and I wish others had shared with us…. Our experience- we sent our 18mo to their Burlington campus (looks like it’s closed). Everyone we encountered was nice, however it’s worth noting they have tons of staff turnover. They also are not good at communicating with families or implementing feedback. Have heard this from families at other locations too so sounds like it is an organizational level challenge. I realize there is a childcare crisis in VT, but that doesn’t mean you don’t tell families when new care givers are hired and introduce them. It felt a bit unsettling for us after the 3rd or 4th director was hired in less than 6 months so ended up pulling our son from the program."
