"This is a great place to catch a long view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The lot needs repaving, but there's a nice stone wall and perennial garden. Sunsets seen from here are spectacular. If they hadn't made this park, someone would have built another fancy house here and there would be no place along Spear St to stop and take in nature's beauty."
