"Another Nouria Shelf Tag /Label says $3.69. Register rings up $3.99. Cashier can not adjust doesn't have the power. How many customers get their pocket picked cause they don't watch or look at price. NH should look into pricing errors with Nouria C Stores"
"A lot of staff. Scary. If I had one arm tied behind my back and had to fight them all.. I don't know if I would win. I prefer easily conquered gas stations. Also no bathroom"
"I've been using this spot over 15 years. I went there tonight on a normal errand. A blue hair young girl tells me I am banned from the store. I have made it a point to avoid her as I have always encountered some kind of annoying attempt at agitation. Last time I was there, she didn't allow me to use my "points", she complained about making a mistake, haven't [you] ever made a mistake, etc. I complained to management and heard nothing more thinking it was done. Not hired for 6 months yet, I can't get away from some kind of offensive comment. I am the customer and she is the service. It is only a gas station. Tonight I went in and was informed of a ban. She avoided giving me the store manager contact number. I am acquainted over many years. Nor was I informed via other store personnel. She then changes her story to "I don't have to serve anybody I don't feel safe in my workspace.", being totally different than a directive from the store manager. I have not been informed by any means. All other staff is completely courteous with me for well over many years of residence in that neighborhood. Her complaints are imaginary and nothing realistic as I have never been "active" in any slightest degree. I get the impression she has been spoken to and now tries her best to "get even". Any new hire at any other station could immediately display superior customer service skills. She is supposed to be a professional employee of the store, not a kid back on the block, and filling in socializing with her Dunkin's love interest with marginal work performance."
"Just went to fill my car up tonight. Used their app to pay for my gas. They put a $100 hold on my card for $26 of gas! That is outrageous and completely unnecessary. Luckily I have the money to cover the hold. What if I didn’t? Hopefully I’ll save someone from suffering the same fate. I will definitely not be coming back to this location or Shell in general. Plenty of other gas stations around that I can use."
"Everyone that works in this store is so sweet. The tall older white guy idk his name but he’s so nice and just met a girl Michelle who works nights probably the nicest girl I’ve ever met. Will go out of my way to come here for the customer service and overall kindness of the staff."
