"Worked here back in the day. As an employee the point system is corrupted. They will wright you up for smallest inconvenience, part time employees don’t get the benefits as a full time employee would which only comes as a shock if your oblivious to the fact that they only favor bad employees and take advantage of hard workers who are determined to get the job done plus more, especially if you’re a minority. As a customers the discounts are trash and only give you 2$ off which doesn’t do absolutely anything with the prices that they charge"
"First, ever in this place and only needed to drop Amazon return item. Did walk around most warm food look bad real bad no help from staff when was buying one item at self checkout walmart is better. 3 star is for drop box."
"Food is a bit overpriced. Not a ton of great options for prepared food. Sushi price almost double what it cost me at the Whole Foods in other states. Usually out of the bread I want to try by the time I get there. Had a rude cashier one time, some middle-aged lady with darker hair. She was perplexed by some questions I asked about using the Whole Foods app to pay. She seemed very judgmental about the whole situation. Forgive me for thinking she knew something about the software with her employer’s name on it. Although, I have had more positive experiences with the cashiers lately and usually they are nice. Overall though, Whole Foods is usually known for exceptional customer service and not getting that vibe at this store. For what you pay vs. all the rest, not sure it’s worth the trade off. Might start driving to Bedford to see how that store compares. Hope it’s better there."
"The meats used to be very good, but over the past year or so, the quality is not so good, the meats are fatty and tough. We also order online with delivery from the Nashua store, lately we been receiving milk, half/half, etc.. that has an outdated date a few days after delivery and we also been receiving rotten produce. It seems that when produce and milk products are picked for delivery, they select items that are just about outdated and produce that is border line bad. It's not a one-time occurance, but seems to happen more often than not. I still order online, but stopped ordering milk products, meats and produce. I get those items from another store like A-Market or Trader Joes. Still delivering bad products, gave them another chance and they delivered rotten lettuce."
