"This guy is a real piece of work and I would not do business with him if I were you. He had an agreement to buy our property and 6 days before closing claimed he did not have the funding to proceed after the title company had done all their work and found no issues what so ever. Also continued to dodge our calls when we were trying to contact him about the closing date. Had to call him from a number he didn’t recognize in order for him to answer and it was not until then he told us he was not going to proceed with the purchase. Extremely unprofessional!"
