"We were looking for a cozy, private place for a rare night away, and this place was absolutely PERFECT. As an introvert, it is a dream come true, as you rarely see anyone (even though all of the rooms are occupied). Vivian, the owner, is very personable, accommodating, and truly cares for her patrons. We have stayed in The Pink Suite, The Gray Suite, and also The Green Suite. Each room has a different theme, and the vintage aesthetics are lovely. The Pink Room is my favorite so far. The grounds are both very well kept and peaceful. The porches are quiet and charming. Vivian is an excellent cook and her breakfasts are very special and delicious The best place to stay if you are looking for just a quiet and cozy getaway. I love it here and can't wait to go back."
"Cute, quaint, historic house. Quiet property. Short drive to downtown Nashua. However, the host (or their booking system) double booked our room by accident. The room we booked was given to another couple, so we ended up needing to take a more expensive room. Vivian offered to split the price difference, but we shouldn't have had to pay more for a booking error that wasn't our fault. There was also no coffee or breakfast as we left the next morning at 8:15."
"Very enjoyable stop on our travels. We have a 43' MotorHome and they were happy to have us. Met some new people and enjoyed a nice breakfast together. Thanks so much!!!"
"Okay first off I don't know who that winter cat is that put a ad in there I've never seen any of the description that this person is saying. Think it's what we refer to as a troll. There are homes behind the bed and breakfast but I mean that's what happens I mean there are other developments on the area. Overall it's a very nice property it is what I would consider rustic. That's what help gives its charm it's an old house goes back into the mid 1800s you have the typical wood beams exposed the beds are very comfortable it's a nice place. They serve a nice morning breakfast utilizing local ingredients when they can obviously in the winter time that's probably pretty difficult. What I really like about the places where the situated you're right near a lot of the farm fields and I just want to let people know who like to go out picking fruit book ahead when you're there in June and July because it will fill up because there's a lot of people like to go to the strawberry Fields & the Cherry Fields further up the road. It is a small bed and breakfast this place is not huge so it's quite intimate but if you like a nice quiet place it's definitely a place worth considering. The beds are comfortable maybe just a tad soft for somebody like me who basically likes a rock hard bed but I think for the average person should be fine."
"I had the pleasure of sitting down with Vivian Girard at her Historic B&B Timber Post Bed & Breakfast and got the full tour. What an amazing building with comfortable bedrooms for short or long-term stays, an intimate indoor event space for medium sized parties or meetings and a lovely outdoor space big enough for weddings or other large events with a vast treelined background. Keep up the great work Vivian!"
