"If you are looking for an affordable housing complex, do NOT move here. This place is not kid friendly and there is heavy drug activity that police and management do nothing about occurring. You will wait months for maintenance services to be performed, even for minor issues. If you have issues with your neighbors or concerns you feel need to be brought to management, good luck, you will never get a response outside of excuses. The laundry facility has several washer and dryers, all of which have been broken for months now leaving over 15+ tenants to wash with one machine or go somewhere else. The apartments retain mold in moist areas such as the bathroom and tenants are made to clean it themselves with harsh bleach products. And the only kid friendly facility nearby is the park which contains a swing set and two slides. It is riddled with graffiti and a popular place for individuals that do not live in the area to hang out and use substances. All in all, awful. You'd be better living somewhere else."

"I love living here! the owner is very good with keeping up with things whenever we need something fixed their right on it! some of the people around love drama so if you move here just keep to yourself! overall a great place to live"

"The office woman are very easy to talk to. They try very hard to make sure everything is running smooth. I would like to see SOME of the rules enforced, as it's like high school here at times. But other than that, I'm enjoying my place."
