Most of the folks working there are genuinely interested in the well being of the community. Of course, like any agency, there are elements of bureaucracy. However, I sincerely believe the good points far outweigh any other elements."

I know I was at the top of the Sunrise Towers list for almost a year before unit open up for me and my wife. So, if you need federally subsidized housing in Laconia area be prepared to do a lot of paperwork and wait."
