"This place was so much better then i had antipated being the only rental available on Labor day weekend. To my surprise it was super clean and didn't smell of any chemicals or worse. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the bar next door was extremely loud. That should just be made aware to people at booking. It was hard to sleep with the music but otherwise great all around."

"The cottage was cute, if a little dingy. The location is directly across the street from a very loud bar and the street is a busy street with lots of cars and motorcycles going by. The cottage is so poorly insulated, you can hear everything - there's basically no difference between being inside and outside. Most of the reason for the review is because of the terrible customer service. It was so loud that my partner and I couldn't sleep, so we called the next morning to say that we couldn't stay another night because of how terrible our first night was. We don't blame them for the noise, it's just an unfortunate location. But the customer service was terrible - no empathy, no attempt to remedy the situation or offer anything to get us to want to stay, and they refused to give us any refund for the night we didn't stay or work with us at all. They didn't call us back after we were told we would get a call back within an hour after we called in the morning. They sent us several emails asking how our stay was and if there was anything they could do to make it better, and each time, we outlined our experience and did not receive a response. We are perplexed as to why they would even ask. We are reasonable people, and not the type of people who complain about things (or write reviews for that matter), but this was the absolute worst experience we've ever had."

"Really awesome property! We were a group of 10 girls. Great spaces with amenities. Super clean, friendly and attentive staff who constantly messaged and check in. Sofia & Derek were great to work with even before checking in. They accommodated an early check in for us. All around thrilled with this property and would highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t love about the property is the mattresses aren’t super comfortable. Small minor detail. Didn’t ruin our weekend or anything. I would maybe recommend getting toppers or foam to top them with."
