"Didn't realize cabin had no heat, but we loved the place. We slept good, but it was very chilly in the morning, but was overall nice, and cozy,comfy."

"Stayed a weekend in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was just right for a NH lake weekend. It was clean and the check-in process was easy. We didn't see any of the cleanliness issues mentioned in other reviews. Close to restaurants and bars. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better - it would have been tough to cook if we wanted to."

"My girlfriend and I went to stay at the Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages for the weekend on July 28th, and we couldn't have had a better time! We got there on Friday, and we never got a check in message, but upon calling the front office, they were extremely helpful and helped me get my keys and get into our cottage. We rented cottage #4, which was very cozy and cute! The room and bed was clean, as was the bathroom. It was easily located a short walk away from Weirs Beach, which made our weekend much more convenient. Overall, neither of us had any complaints at all. We would and will definitely return again in the future! 10/10"

"My mother, son and I stayed here the weekend of July 15th 2023. The welcome text contained incorrect information and caused confusion for checking in. (find it strange that doing our 2 night stay had zero interaction with lodging staff). Was charged an extra $15 for 2nd vehicle despite our unit having 2 assigned parking spots. Was extremely upset that use of the grill cost an additional $15 despite the already high rate of the accommodations given the lack of what was supplied in unit. There was no place other than the floor for our luggage. No soap for washing your hands was supplied. We had three quests and that was clear in our reservation but no linens were supplied for the third fold out sofa bed including no pillow for that bed. Location was perfect closed to attractions."

"The cottage is facing the main drag where loud motorcyclists pass every half hour. Only 1-window can be opened because the others have no screen or are broken. The refrigerator had not been turned on. The ice scoop was a small, Betty Crocker colander with a broken end, attached to a string so it didn’t disappear. This is the WORST place we have ever stayed! DON’T stay here. There is no office staff so you can’t demand a refund and go elsewhere."
