"We chose this community for the location and close proximity to so many things. Shopping, dining, movies, health-care and many others. Doug has been a wonderful maintenance man and always responds to what we need promptly. He listens when you speak to him about your issues and genuinely wants to help. Peyton is very good at providing a wide array of events and social opportunities that are all fun and some very creative. Sandy is a very take-charge manager who also is very attentive and truly interested in resident feedback. She respectfully listens and then gets into action to implement positive change. Its wonderful to have these three helping to make our retirement years an active, energetic and fun experience."

"My wife and I have been residents at Connect55+Concord since Oct 1921. During this time we have enjoyed every minute of living here. Since Sandy Quint has assumed the manager position here. I am impressed with her skills of communicating and achieving many improvements here. We look forward to continuing living our senior years at this facility. I am very impressed with our recreation director, Peyton, as to her energy and thoughtfulness to all concerned people here. The programs that she is instrumental in implementing have great, varied and appropriate for us senior people. She is a wonderful asset at this facility. Also, I want to add that Doug, our maintenance service person is also doing a wonderful job in updating and correcting any facility problems. He is very pleasant and ready t listen to our concerns. I certainly hope that these personnel will be properly compensated for their conscientious attention to their duties, as I would like to see them continue as long as we are here. "Our lifelong careers in hospitality afforded us the opportunity to have lived in 8 states, 24 cities, and traveled around the world. We KNOW rental communities from both sides. This community's staff is OUTSTANDING at this point in time. Sandy, Payton, and Doug are very professional and knowledgeable, yes, but they genuinely CARE! They not only care about and are proud of their company and jobs but they are incredibly caring of the residents too. If the construction here had been done to a more common and higher standard, living here would be even better and their jobs easier, but such is the world of investment properties. We are incredibly grateful for our amazing staff of only three individuals, constantly accomplishing more than bigger staffs! They are outstanding human beings and we're fortunate to have crossed paths. Thank you."
