"Terrible experience. I hired Jackie Keily as a buyers agent. Everything about the experience was truly disheartening. I gave her a criteria I needed for a purchase. I put an offer in on a home, and Jackie promptly set up her favorite inspection team, Norway Home Inspection; all I had to do was call them with my c.c. info. I made sure to ask that the home would be unwinterized for inspections. Jackie was there for inspections and never let me know they could not unwinterized the home, I found this out when I received my inspection. The inspection gave quite a glowing report for a home the age that it was, and I had my doubts about how accurate it was. I asked for several inspections I was denied, the roof being one of them. I also scheduled reputable service companies to come out and Jackie was unable to meet with any of them, so the Seller's agent scheduled her own service people; most being the people who installed the systems they were inspecting. Upon my arrival to the home, Jackie was also unable to meet with me...and I knew why the second I walked in. The house was filthy, a week before she confirmed It was move in ready. It was not true to the inspection what so ever. Paint, wall paper were peeling off the walls, the roof was substantially leaking and the whole attic was covered in mold. The water to the house needed to be turned on. I called out a suggested plumber to do so , and it couldn't be done because the main pipe leading to the well was missing. For 4 days I had no water. I was told the heater worked, but should be upgraded, upon arrival I found out it was red tagged. Jackie ignored me for 4 days straight, as well as Norway. When we finally got the water working, all the plumbing had issues. The well bladder was leaking, plumbing was leaking, drains were clogged, toilets/ shower did not work, all of this could have been avoided if the water could have been turned on, and the system inspected, as I paid for it to be. All this agent cared about was her commission, and the second she go it she disappeared. When asking for assistance I was informed by Jackie that "she was not my personal assistant". When bringing this to the attention of the agency, I was told to stop all communication with them and stop harassing them."
