"Check Person was wonderful, Maintenance around the property very friendly and that's it for the 1 Star. Overpriced, thankfully I didn't have to pay! Outdated furniture. Whirlpool Tubs desperately needed cleaning and service. Pots and 1 little frying pan is the garbage you buy at Wal-Mart! When we checked out the day before, staff didn't ask if there was anything wrong or why we would be leaving early. When I mentioned a few maintenance items, she didn't write anything down and assured me she would have it looked at. Most likely NOT! I would never recommend this place too anyone. These were supposed to be the "Suites"."

"The 1 bedroom is very spacious and comes with two stories. The first floor has a decent kitchen, bathroom with jet tub, .Murphy bed, and a pull out couch. The 2nd floor has the separate bedroom with a gigantic jet tub, high cathedral ceilings, a king bed, pull out and a full bath. We love attitash mountain village and stay here often. The only reason for 4 stars was cleanliness and fixtures and appliances are starting to get dated. The unit was very poorly cleaned before our stay."

"We love our NH getaways, and AMV Zealand House is exceptional, except for really bad Internet service. The accommodations, jacuzzi, kitchen, gas fireplaces and scenic grounds are outstanding! Internet that drops every few minutes is not. We've made it known to management four years in a row, and even spent a good part of our vacation last year on the phone with the service provider. This year, it dropped 17 times during an extremely important work call. What a blight on an otherwise impeccable resort."
