"Undercover Tents went above and beyond for our wedding! Erin, Luke, and the Undercover Tents team are amazing. They are kind, down-to-earth, and extremely attentive (unlike other, larger tent and party-rental companies in the area). We (naively) decided to host our own wedding in June of 2023 without knowing what we were getting into. It was stressful to say the least, but coordinating with the Undercover Tents team was always stress-free! Erin & Luke reviewed each and every detail of our rental plans with us, giving us loads of helpful insight and advice along the way. Even though we changed our minds and added and subtracted and flip-flopped back and fourth a million times, they remained not only patient but flexible (& enthusiastic about it all!). They even delivered heating generators and additional tent sidewalls the day before the wedding when the weather turned for the worse. Despite the torrential downpours, the muddy conditions, and the colder-than-ideal temperatures -- our wedding, the tent, the table-scapes, and the ambience was more beautiful than I'd ever dreamed it would be! "Can not recommend undercover tents highly enough! The tent we had for our wedding was absolutely beautiful - I genuinely felt sad when it was taken down. Undercover tents was so wonderful to work with, and the rentals in addition to the tent (tables, chairs, dance floor, and amazing bathroom trailers) were absolutely perfect for our wedding day. "We were very happy working with Undercover Tents for the rentals for our summer weekend wedding. I felt they went above and beyond in terms of their customer service, including a LOT of back and forth before the event as we figured out sizes, numbers, etc. Erin was always willing to help out and answer questions thoroughly, thoughtfully, and even cheerfully! This really helped put us at ease in our planning process. Everything showed up right on time and as expected. The only hiccup I would mention is that, as we were cleaning and packing up the items, I wanted to make sure I was packing up correctly (for example, what needed to be folded up and packed away, and what didn't) -- so I called Undercover and the person on the phone wasn't able to answer this question. I found it odd that she couldn't give me this information (she asked me to look on the website, which wasn't helpful) and it was a little stressful since my family and I were cleaning up ourselves and needed to leave the venue on time. Apart from this, I felt everything else went very smoothly & would recommend!"

"Undercover Tents did a great job with our wedding rentals. They brought everything we needed and worked with us to make sure we got everything we needed for our outdoor micro-wedding. The clear top tent was beautiful and was such a wonderful addition to our day. Undercover Tents was easy to work with and communicative throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for event rentals!"

"Undercover Tents was wonderful to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough! Erin helped us coordinate everything ahead of time, including helping us figure out what size tent and dance floor we would need for our number of guests, as well as sending us about 15 updated versions of our layout as the guest list changed and we decided to hire a band. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. The setup of the actual tent, dance, floor, and stage was incredibly smooth despite a tricky layout and very narrow fences at the farm that they had to back multiple trailers through. The tables, chairs, tableware, and linens we rented were beautiful. We also rented a restroom trailer which was incredibly nice and felt like the inside an actual restroom despite being in the middle of a field. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I so appreciated Undercover Tents making a day that could have been stressful so easy and lovely."
