"We showed up for our check-in we got the key we went in the room and we came back out went to the office and demanded a refund she said no it's non-refundable and I let her know okay I can accept non-refundable if you didn't show up but we did and I demanded my money back and I did get a refund for my credit card and she said oh nobody's ever done that before well apparently there's a lot of reviews that suggests I'm feeling the same way and I don't understand why people didn't demand they get their money back room was deplorable do not waste your time booking a room there for the 155 they're going to charge you spend a little extra in find another place"

"For an older motel this place was very comfortable and clean. The room was pretty muggy and musky when we got there, but it was charming and I loved the vintage bed spread. We had a little bit of difficulty checking in because I had my service dog and the staff were not familiar with service dog policies/ada. It all worked out though and we enjoyed ourselves. Sorry, this is the only photo I have from inside, but it shows the bed spread!"

"The room was decent, could have more attention to detail as in don't make it look like the curtains are almost falling off the wall, the updated electrical in the room was definitely appreciated. We get very concerned in some motel rooms when it looks like we would have a fire if we tried to plug something in, this place definitely put the effort into it upgrading that. My biggest issue with the motel is the price point... No way this room is worth $127, maybe $55... The owner's son was very polite and friendly on the phone, the owner is a little rough around the edges. Do not assume that the Cumberland farms will be open after 7:00 p.m. or on weekends, you may have to drive for something to eat."

"Room was neat, however would've expected the fridge and microwave to be plugged in since we made a reservation a month in advance. No shampoo only soap in the bathroom, no hand towels and the room had a strong odor. Pillows need.to.be replaced as they are non existant Disappointed and left as soon as we could in the morning."
